[Kenwood] Kenwood TS-520/SE PA switch

ALL of the TS520SE parts are unavailable at PacParts.com so you'll 
probably need to find one to part out on your 1985 radio.  (My TS520A is 
stored on a shelf, my first new HF radio, with the DC supply and 
matching tuner/switch.)
