[Kenwood] Going Into Transmit

Has this ever been a common problem?
My TS-430S
I use all the time. If not for Amateur Work I also use if for SWLing and 
AM Broadcast band listening when working on the computer here.
Now while listening to WGN AM 720 recently for the last few days it has 
done this a few times.
OK no mic is connected.
VOX is off
yet it for a fraction of a second like a dit at 20 WPM it goes into 
transmit mode, ( no output RF is seen of course )
you hear the relay click, and transmit light,, light, and then it goes 
back to receive.
Anyone ideas?
