[Kenwood] UT-10 23cm module problems

Update: Performed some detailed analysis and testing into a dummy load, was able to see a consistent 200mw output. Also determined that 200mw is the intended input into the final, so decided maybe the final was shot, just passing the 200mw that goes into it on thru to the output. Obtained a replacement final amp (M57762). Installed and now getting 3 watts out, not 200mw, however specs call for 10 watts out, so something still not right. And still not getting ANY cw at all. Cw works fine on 144 and 432, however on 1296, the rig keys and the sidetone is present, but there is no power out indicated at all. The 3 watts I do see is when keying up in FM, or running a tone test in SSB. These two modes have power out but not CW, pretty stumped at this point. Again, anyone know anybody who works on the UT-10 1296 option for the TS-790A, other than Clif at AVVid who told me he doesn't work on them.
