[Kenwood] TL922 Service needed 2nd request

I have a HTML-922A that has a bad IP meter. Several years ago one of the 
covers was removed and I depressed the high voltage primary protection 
switch plunger and then the big flash came. The needle is stuck in the 
center and bent. I am hoping it is just the meter that went bad, but no 
way to check. Does anyone service these in New England. I am located in 
Ct. I am stuck in several ways. Never got to use it, lost my home and 
now no antenna. I do have a dummy load and a TS-870 I could try to hook 
it up on if it could only be the meter. Any comments would be 
appreciated. Been off the air for seven years and that is getting old.
