[Kenwood] Slight Hum on CW TS-940S

I'd suspect an electrolytic capacitor has gone open. More likely in the power 
supply (AVR board). I've replaced a couple of capacitors which show obvious 
signs of bulging, indicating a pressure buildup inside.
