[Kenwood] TS-940S Not Receiving on CW

Hi Bill,
Actually Ed is helping me out a little. It's me with the TS-940S problem. 
I'm going to check on the filter more closely in a day or two. Thanks for 
the suggestion on the cold solder joint. I did wiggle it around earlier but 
maybe it's worse than even that would reveal. I'll check it out more 
closely.
