[Kenwood] TS-950S No Rx from 7.500 to 14.500 Mhz

Howdy Mike,
I would start by checking the Voltage on VCO1-B located on the AF Unit 
as per the Service Manual Step 20-2 on page 161. Should be around 2.8VDC.
This is more then likely where the problem is.
