[Kenwood] Board layout or photo needed for YK-88C-1 filter

The SSB filters are identical - I have put one on a PCB and installed it
in my TS-450, works great.
However -- the CW filters are slightly different and although they can
be used you have to offset the tuning; the centre frequencies are 700 Hz
different: - The YK-88C is 8830.7 kHz and the YK-88C-1 8830.0 kHz. The
same applies to the YG-455C and YG-455C-1.
