[Kenwood] Watch out for a scam by Alex Barski. VE3XAX

Not being willing to use paypal is not a sign of a scam - there are a number of us that have been burned by paypal or that object to their (lack of) security and privacy protections.
Agree though that if the callsign doesn't check good in QRZ or similar I wouldn't even reply to them.
