[Kenwood] KENWOOD TS950SDX S METER READING

With the antenna on and no signal into the receiver the s-meter on my TS950SDX will drop below zero on 10, 12 and 15 meters. On all other bands things are normal. Apparently it is not due to loss of sensitivity. With signal on the s-meter readings on my TS950SDX and TS850SAT are almost identical. If it were an AGC issue, I would expect all bands to be affected, so could it a dead diode in the 21.5-30 mHz filter unit?
Any ideas will be appreciated.
