[Kenwood] TM-241Replacement mike - too much gain.

John,
This gets into "Do you have the service manual?" AND "Do you feel 
comfortable working on the INSIDE?"
The mic power adjustment AND the deviation adjustment are both inside.
You have the simple method of "do NOT close talk the mic". The other 
solutions mean going inside the radio to resolve the issue.
