Kenwood Items For Sale:
Kenwood TS-440 S/AT, 100 Watt HF transceiver, with Antenna Tuner
The Kenwood TS-440S/AT was designed for superior performance in
the SSB, CW, AM, FM and AFSK modes. An automatic antenna tuner
is built in. Coverage is 160 through 10 meters including the
WARC bands. It includes such things as notch filter, digital
readout, memories, scan capabilities, IF shift, and many other
features. It requires 13 V DC at about 20 amps.
This particular TS-440 is in good condition. It works fine in
all modes, and the automatic antenna tuner functions properly.
The frequency entry from the keyboard is clean and definite.
Cosmetically, it looks good, but not perfect. It has not been
abused. One of the display lights is out, but the one by the
S-meter is fine, which is the one that counts.
A microphone and power cord are included, as is the paper work
for only 450ドル.

All of these microphones have been tested and work well.
Shure 444 D Dual Impedance Desk Microphone
The 444 D has voice shaping built in to it, providing greater
articulation at communications frequencies. Of course it has
a PTT switch on the base, that can be used as a momentary
switch, or can be locked in position. Also under the base
are switches for High or Low Z.
This mic is the black color, and is in very nice shape,
with paper work for 75ドル.
Johnson Hi Z Hand Microphone
This high impedance hand mic is a gray color, with the Johnson
logo with the Indian on it. It has a PTT switch and coiled
cord, and produces a nice pattern on the scope. It looks

Generic Hi Z Hand Microphone
This hand mic is black in color, and looks like it might
have come from a HyGain rig. It has a PTT switch and black
coiled cord. 25ドル
Shure 401 B, Low Z Hand Microphone
This mic has characteristics similar the the Shure 444
Desk Mic, but this one is a hand mic. It is a controlled
magnetic mic, with frequency response tailored for voice
communications. It has a rugged case, and a heavy duty
coiled cord. 4 pin connector. With paper work for 40ドル.
Shure 104 C, Low Z hand Microphone
This is a very heavy duty Shure mic. It appears to be new,
with stripped and tinned ends that have never been on a
connector. It is in its original box, with the original
instruction manual. 30ドル
Chrome Low Z Hand Microphone
This mic is chrome plated. My memory says it may have come
from a Polycom rig. The mic is a good solid metal case with
chrome plating all around, with a black PTT switch and black
coiled cord. There are some pits on the chrome, but it works

Generic Hand Microphone
This is a low impedance hand microphone, black in color.

Lafayette EAM-15 dynamic hand microphone
2000 ohm impedance can be used any place a dynamic mic is
needed. Stripped and tinned leads.

DTMF Touch Tone Microphones:
KDK DM TT-1 DTMF Touch Tone Microphone
This mic has a 12 digit touch tone pad on it, along with a
switch to turn the pad on and off. I presently has a 4 pin
plug on it, and can be used on most any rig. It works fine,

KDK TM-2 DTMF Touch Tone Microphone
This mic has a 12 digit touch tone pad on it, along with up
and down switches. It presently has a 6 pin connector, as
used on the KDK FM-2030, FM-2033, and other KDKs using the
6 pin plug. Of course the plug could be changed, and it
could be used on any brand rig.
This one works fine and looks very close to new. 40ドル
Icom HM-8 touchtone microphone
The HM-8 has a 12 digit touch tone (DTMF) pad on the front
of it, along with an on-off switch for the tones. Of course
it also has the normal PTT switch.
The HM-8 is used on the 25A Red LED, 245, 290, 402, 202S,
451, 471A, plus other rigs.
This particular microphone has an 8 pin round connector,
works fine, looks like new, is in its original box, and
includes paper work for 50ドル.
CES 655 L "Microdialer" DTMF Microphone
You can manual dial a number, or automatically have it
stored in the mic, and "speed dial" with this mic. 12
digit touch tone pad on the front, with the microphone
part above the pad. This one presently has a 4 pin plug
on it, but of course that can be changed. 35ドル
CES 600 L, Universal DTMF microphone
This has a normal touch tone pad on the front, with
a low impedance microphone. This one has the 8 pin
modular plug (like a computer LAN) on it. This mic has
not been used, so it is in really great condition.

Data Signal "Data-Coder 5" touch tone mic
This mic has a 12 digit touchtone pad on it, plus a
normal low impedance microphone. With 4 pin plug.

AEA "Hot Rod" Gain antenna for 2 meters:
This antenna has a BNC connector on it, and offers gain over
other HT antennas. It is telescoping, and about 3 feet long.
This is a half wave antenna with matching coil, so it does not
depend upon the ground plane (or lack thereof) on your HT.
It is rated to have 3 db gain over a quarter wave antenna.
However, the rubber duck used on most HTs is no where close to
being as efficient as a quarter wave antenna. Typically they
are 6 to 10 db lower. The result is that this antenna should
give you an easy 10 db gain over most HT antennas.
This one works fine, and looks good as well. 18ドル
