[Kenwood] Kenwood TS-940-SAT

This too has been my experience with the TS-940 using the MC-60 as well as
the MC-43.
I generally run the mike gain at about "2". Twice I sent it in for "repair"
because it seemed so sensitive and both times it came back as NO PROBLEM
FOUND.
This came up a year or so ago on the reflector and others had the same
response as we all seem to share so I'd say it's normal.
