[Kenwood] TS950SDX: Rear fan on strike

Let med add that the two other fans run for a few seconds when the radio is 
switched off. This is normal. But the rear fan doesn't move at all. Should 
it not be running all the time from the moment power is on? Or should it 
only start when the main transformer reaches a certain temperature?
