[Kenwood] TS950SDX: TX monitor

Thanks to WZ5Q and his Voodoo-LABS website the significant difference between what comes out of the TS950SDX and what you hear on the tx monitor has now been reduced on my radio. The mods I have applied are simple and efficient, but one problem remains. The monitor tx audio becomes scratchy after some twenty minutes when the final heat sink rises to app. 45 degress C. The transmitted audio remains clear and clean.
Any clues?
