PK232 or other pactor capable TNC (Kam?) is required for HF Winlink. Used PK232s are very cheap and the upgrade kits from AEA/Timewave are not outrageous. I'd watch e-bay, you might find one already working on Pactor. There is at least one soundcard program that allows Pactor RX, I don't know if they have gotten the TX side operational or not. I've always used PK232s. Maybe some more help on the Winlink groups?
