Folks,
I agree with Gary. I also had "no" possible idea that his post was also
in HTML. Therefore I apologize for the comment on "shouting". My error!
This became an unfortunate sequence of events. The "original" post and
responses are a month old. Fern probably wondered why the past got him
a shot across the bow, per se.
As to his knowledge of "our" regulations and the disabling by
engineering, I would not expect the folks in Canada to know our
regulations, anymore than we "know" theirs.
If we all look at the Date and Time info in our inboxes, we'll see that
Joe's post was actually back from that time.
Apparently the server farm at qth.net had a hiccup.
I believe that the information that Fern was seeking has been located.
