[Kenwood] TS950SDX gone dead

On the air again! A professional technician found a dead transitor (Q151)
(2SA1204) in the trx chipboard X59-3680-00 in the control unit. The board
was replaced, and the TS now works fine. Still it remains a puzzle what
caused the resistor to go dead. It was certainly not the short I suggested
in my first mail.
Thanks to those who have given me advice in this forum.
