Scroll down to Amateur Radio Manuals and use the drop down menu to select TS-940S then click on the pdf file to download the complete 940S manual.

Because others may be interested, here are a couple of sites of which I've
been made aware in my search for a TS-940 Service Manual:

where you log on as "Free" and wait 60 seconds for that manual to
begin downloading.
