[Kenwood] Re: Kenwood TS940S

I've been having this same problem with mine over a year. I even sent my 940S to Kenwood for service TWICE. It came back working each time, but after a while of being powered off, I lose the clock, and the sub display is corrupted with garbage characters. Sometimes it even boots into a state where the receiver audio cuts in and out every second and the mode lights flash off and on... ???
Pressing the reset switch behind the sub display fixes it every time, but nobody, including Kenwood, can seem to figure it out what is broken on this rig.
Other than that, I love this rig!
If you find out anything, please let me know!

If the radio feels hot to the touch, make sure the fan is OK.
