[Kenwood] Kenwood TS940 repair

I have a 940 that does not power on. I know it is not the timer switch. It
worked 2 years ago before I put it in storage. I tried to fire it up so that
I could sell it, but it will not power on. Is there a reliable place to have
it repaired close to New York City? I do not want to ship it. Also do not
send me low ball offers to buy it, those emails will be ignored.
