If you mean the plug whose pins look like the base of a small electronic
tube, I had one plugged into the back of my Knwd TS-700SP 2M all mode radio,
vintage 1980.
I can't remember what the plug did but I do remember that something didn't
work properly without it. Two of the 9 pins had a solder bridge across them.
I can't help with the part number, sorry. That was long time ago when I had
that radio!
