I think a dummy load with a little help would do as well as this thing.
'Generally" the smaller the antenna, the smaller the signal. It's mostly
about current distribution, not enough size to distribute anything
efficiently.
Take two hamsticks and make a dipole with them, mounts are available for
that if you don't want to make something. I'm sure you would have much
better results (single band) and for the less cost, you could have one for
each band if that's what you plan on using..
