except that 98% of what's on tv these days is trash; garbage; mindless
junk. I dropped cable years ago and put up an antenna. I watch one
show a week. Already decided that when it all goes digital, I'll just
junk all my tv stuff, take my brain back, and enjoy life without tv.
broadcast tv at least; guess i'll keep the tv and dvd player for
movies. If you can make it a year without tv, when you go check it
out (this happens to me when I'm in a hotel room) you'll think it's the
most idiotic junk you ever saw and wonder how you ever stomached it.
