[Kenwood] Info please

hi John,
I think in the U.S. the ARRL operates a group of volunteers, some of 
them attorneys, who help hams who have run into trouble putting up 
antennas. more generally, there is a group that is working to get 
legislation changed here--they had an article up on eHam recently and 
it should still be there.
