You're kidding, right?
It's the 2nd outside knob, from bottom left corner of the radio. The inside 
knob is marked MIC and the outside knob is marked PWR. You turn the PWR knob 
to the right to increase power output. You turn the MIC gain knob to the 
right so that voice peaks don't exceed beyond the end of the ALC red line.
