[Kenwood] TS-520 low power output

David,
The manuals are available at

I didn't see a power output spec for the TUNE position, but IP should 
be 60ma. It's been too long since I had my 830 and my 520 is a 
fixer-upper or I'd give you the numbers that I got during tune-up.
