[Kenwood] TS-2000 Birdie

Is there something special about yours that seperates it from the tens
of thousands of other TS-2000s that have this problem? If they take the
time to reply at all, Kenwood isn't going to say anything other than,
"Sorry, it's in the manual."
Every TS-2000 has this birdie. The real story would be if your's didn't.
Then, it would be interesting to hear Kenwood's response. Dropping them
an e-mail regarding this problem is a waste of time on your part.
When I had a TS-2000, I used the notch filter to lessen the problem on
SSB. Of course, if you want to use CW or one of the other modes, this is
of no help.
