[Kenwood] ts-b2000 HF problem

I have had my TS-B2000 for about 5 years now. I haven't used it in the last
3 years on HF but just recently decided to run a dipole and operate HF. The
problem is I am not getting any power out to the antenna. TX inhibit seems
to be turned off. The internal antenna tuner doesn't tune the antenna. I
have an external SWR/Wattmeter and am getting NO power reading at all. Any
suggestions on what to try before I send it in for repair?
