[Kenwood] TH-F6A on Narrowband

You can't program some memory channels for narrowband and some regular. 
You have to go into the menu to toggle the function off or on.
I'm not sure whether the F6A has a narrower IF in narrowband, but I'd 
doubt it. It is after all, a reasonably priced HT, so I don't have the 
expectation that it has a bunch of different IF filters for every mode.
