While not really a Kenwood topic, I CAN honestly say that I don't own any
Ham gear that will TX out of band.
I never have since being licenced in 1983, with the equipment of the day,
nor with the equipment I now own.
Nor have I ever done any 'modifications' to equipment to effect that
purpose.
I guess by the standards of some of the participants of this reflector
group, I lead a pretty dull life! ha ha.
That's what happens to one's mindset when one spends 30 yrs.of their life in
law enforcement!
