[Kenwood] Kenwood Repair?

Hi Folks,
Now that I am back to work. I'd like to pack this TS-950SDX up and
ship it out for repair or replace the TXCO pot that I royally screwed
up. any suggestions where I could send it for quick, but good repair
work? that won't put me in the poor house? ;-P
I kinda want to avoid kenwood service, because for one, the dude on
the west coast that I talked to, I didn't like his attitude at all. He
was a bit of smart mouth. and I've heard horror stories about
kenwood's service dept as well..
Suggestions, Input and comments welcomed either privately or via list.

P.S Once this thing is repaired and I get the original boxes and
possibly the filters it doesn't already have.. Be watching ebay,
because it will be there... :)
