[Kenwood] 950SD on 14Mhz

Howdy,
 I switched back to a 950SD ,I have, after several months of using another
rig. It will not transmit on 14 Mhz ,any mode. It does change to transmit
and indicates drive via the ALC indication as well as humming a bit as if
the power supplies load changes. It works fine everywhere else. I reset the
CPU .I figure it must be a control issue of sorts.Anyone run into this
