[Kenwood] Kenwood service in Seattle area?

Hi,
My son N3WI, is in the US Navy at Whidbey Island in Washington state. His
TS-430S was working fine until recently when he discovered that the Ic meter
reading no longer went to mid scale. Using an external power meter and a MFJ
tuner, he only gets a few watts out on all bands with the most (30 watts) on
15 meters into a 40 meter dipole.
I assume he fried one of the final transistors. He tried the usual swapping
of microphones and power supplies, ant.tuner/no tuner, antennas etc. but to
no avail.
He plans to drive to Seattle at the end of the week and was wondering if
there was a Kenwood repair facility (Authorized or not) in the Seattle area
who might be able to repair his ailing TS-430S.
Any help would be appreciated.
