[Kenwood] Adding CTCSS (PL) to the TS-780

Hi, everyone,
I have recently added a TS-780 to my shack. It works
well. OK, it's not the greatest receiver in the
world, but with preamps it's OK.
I'd like to add CTCSS (PL) capability and have it
turned on and off with the TONE switch. Disabling the
1750Hz tone is just fine by me. I have a ComSpec
board I can use.
Please assume I know which end of a soldering iron to
hold but that I am otherwise an idiot when it comes to
electronics. Can someone step-by-step this for me?
