[Kenwood] TS-950SDX Problem...

Hi Guys,
At appears that Murphy is at work in my shack.. I got troubles with my Kenwood.
It's a TS-950SDX. here's what it's doing when it gets warm... I also
have a antenna problem, I've confirmed that, But I also have rig
problems as well.
here is the skinny... when rig get's warm, or I transmit for a while...
I was using the rig for EchoLink, (using the audio from the monitor
feature, in the mic input to computer) rig got warm, SWR started
acting weird. audio from
monitor went out, When I plugged DIRECT into Cantenna, Had the slight
SWR, but monitor wasn't working, NO TX audio on 24 Mhz, Rig when going
from TX RX, the recieve would be dead at first and then pop back in, A
few times, when I tried switching bands, the display would disappear
and come back on.. when I would turn on antenna tuner, it didn't wanna
tune, at all, it would run but SWR would be pegged to infinity. (on
24MHZ) on the rest of the bands it will tune to flat SWR, but when you
get outta tuning mode, you go to speak, swr is high and power is
backed off... when the rig cools, it's all back to normal... also,
recieve is screwed up during this time.
HELP!!! 
I dread sending it to kenwood service, Big $$$ and it costs so much to
ship :`-((((
and I don't wanna Sell it! :`-(((((
