[Kenwood] MC 60A question

I agree with Gary...I have a Kenwood TS-520S and use a D-104 mike. The mike came with
the amp built in and as Gary indicated great on AM. I used it about a week on the Kenwood
before I tore the amp out of the base. Works much better now on SSB. Also the 520
has excellent speech processor circuit and will give you more than enough punch, but again
you have to watch it when the rest of the house is up and around as just normal voices
a couple of rooms away will be heard on the air. Only time I use processing is on very
late night 40 and 80 meter nets or ragchewing \\
