[Kenwood] F6A question

What antenna is "the right" antenna for portable HF listening with the
F6a? It is deaf with the stock duckie. I'm not expecting it to rival
my old TS-830s but better-than-a-crystal-radio would be nice.
Also, have you tried the Maldol or other tri-band antennas with the F6a?
Your results, please? I am in a rural area as well and could use a
little better results ... as much so as the extra help one needs when
buried deep in the bowels of a WalMart, a mall, college, or other
commercial structure.
Good news re. chargers that do not require the HT to be tied up, thanks
for that post!
