[Kenwood] TS-850 Question

OK folks I think I did not give enough information here. Clif If I believe 
that suggestion will solve this problem I will buy two. Lets look the 
following scenarios;
I am testing this condition with the same antenna which is a dipole and 
resonate on 3800. I am using 4 different equipment. ICOM 706MKIIG , TS-830S 
, TS-850 and Commercial Radio on 3832 (This may not count because of the 
frequency diff.) I know that CAI 125 will put 125 watts.
Test 1 CAI-125 shows more then 125 watts (~130 watts) on AVG SWR is around 
1:1.1
Test 2 ICOM shows more then 100 watts (~120 - 125 watts) on AVG SWR is 
around 1:1.1
Test 3 TS-820S shows more then 120 watts (125 - 130 watts) on AVG SWR is 
around 1:1.1
Test 4 TS-850S shows 60 to 75 watts on max same SWR.
Test 5 TS-850S shows 100 watts on max same SWR. under CW or RTTY.
Test 6 ICOM shows 100 to 105 watts on PEAK with 50 ohm dummy load using 
3800 Khz LSB.
Test 7 TS-850 shows 70 watts on PEAK with 50 ohm dummy load using same 
frequency LSB at the same time TS-850S power meter shows two red dot after 
50 watt point. Processor ON on the 12 o'clock ALC 3/4 on the scale time to 
time hits max
Test 8 TS-850 no precessing on the same scale shows 40 watt PEAK!!!!! ALC 
shows one or two dots on the scale.
All radios are connected to same ground system.
I do accept that my measurements may be not accurate and have 10% 
difference then the reality. But this difference will be same for all of 
this radios (Maybe MFJ likes ICOM and TS-830S more then TS-850 and 
registers less value) mean that my ICOM may be shows 10% more then the 
reality but this will apply all of the radios not one. Also if we consider 
that TS-850S also showing similar value I can say this measurement is quite 
acceptable to compare and decide that my TS-850S has low power on SSB... 
Now any idea.....
