I would check the cable size to make sure it would handle the load that the
520 would be requiring under key down conditions.
I assume the power line is fused..
then I would take the truck to Advance Auto or some one like them to get a
free battery & alternator check... that test should indicate everything you
want to know about the condition and capability of the battery and
alternator...
