[Kenwood] Part for TH 27

As far as I can tell, there none of those boards in the USA. At least
Cliff at Aavid said last year there were none and he had a shelf full of
TH-27A needing them. The problem appears to be that a surface mount
electrolytic capacitor leaks electrolyte and eats traces from the board.
It should be practical to make a new board or to replace the destroyed
traces with copper wire and to replace the surface mount electrolytics,
though I've not tried that yet. Other projects are occupying my work
bench at the moment leaving insufficient room for the microscope to try
the task.
