Try it! There's WWVB at 60 KHz with one second amplitude ticks, LORAN-C
at 100 KHz (a few KHz wide from pulse modulation), then airport
nondirectional beacons from 200 to 520 KHz. See what you actually hear.
The longer the antenna the better (except for Loran-C, those are
megawatt transmitters).
