[Kenwood] TS940 Pwr Supply Fan info

Mike,
Can you disconnect the fan and connect to a bench variable power supply.
Years ago when I had a 940 my fan was slow as well. It turned out that
it needed a few drops of oil on the bearings (not easy to get to). Maybe
it is the same situation??
