I may need a new meter for my TS520SE. 
The tech manuals do not show the movement value for B31 0164 15
and it's NA at Pac parts, discontinued. 
It might be a 1 Ma but I'm not sure. 
I think it's the same for any 520 series.
Any ideas?
Alternative, anyone got a meter FS?
