[Kenwood] TS 520 S Shorted out

I accidently touched my meter probes together when I
was checking the 13 VDC output on the rear panel. I
heard a "pfft" and everything except the fan motor and
the panel light shut down. Fuses are OK. Where do I
look next? I traced the line on the schematic but no
irregularity showed up. Help!! KG6HCH Walt.
