Antique Electronic Supply in Tempe Arizona <www.tubesandmore.com> sells octal plugs. If this is what you need, they have them.
Search for part number P-SP8-K-026 or P-SP8-476.

Dave,
I had need of one of those plugs and spent months looking for one.
It seems that they come and go as far as avalibilty goes. However
there is one source that you can try.
When I was desperate I went to the local eletronics parts store, not
radio shack, and dug into the box of OLD TUBES and quickly found a
tube that meet my needs.
The best part is I chose a "metal" tube and the cost was only 25
cents!! , so after prying off the cover and busting out the glass and
all the glow in the dark parts. I soldered in the necessary wires,
choped off the top of the metal case. and ran the wires up through
the case, used a chassis type cable gromet in the top ot the old tube
case, and I had myself a sheilded 8 pin keyed plug for my kenwood!!!
then you can paint the metal tube cover to cover up the numbers if you
want.
I felt like a real ham after that!! I acually made something for my
shack out of surplus parts. and it worked!! but how hard is it to get
the "juice"to go down wire. All I did was make a plug, but I was
pleased that I didn't fall victim to the parts supliers.
BTW the tube I used WAS a 12C8. ( hope the tube collectors don"t hang
me)
