Hello,
I am looking for replacement pin diodes in the rf unit of an TR7800.
The part numbers look like M1402 and M1301.... Would like to replace 
with generic diode.. any one have any ideas what these diodes are??
Not sure if these are the correct diodes to replace.. any comments??
