[Kenwood] More on tuner..................

More on the tuner...
First of all, My "freind" is a fine young man, by the name of Matt Gacht.
One of the nicest people you'd ever want to me, He is NOT a ham. although,
I am proddin' the living life out of him to get his ticket. so, he did some
wheelin' and dealin' and got this 430S. and it came with the matching
Tuner, Speaker, and Desk Mic. and the meter. Very nice. Anyhow, I was at
his house tonight and it seems his tuner isn't working at all... won't tune
at all... does power up, but the tuner function isn't working.......

Let's try and see if we can get this guys tuner working.... He is very
good with electronics and working on said stuff... Hell, He's better at
that sort of stuff and I got a ticket and he don't! (which says alot about
me!!!) anyhow, we've been good freind for about 12+ years and I'd like it
alot, if you all would get him steered in the right direction....
