[Dxbase] Selection Wizard Issue...again

If the Opr Call is not the registered one then DXbase will not export 
any contacts
If you "find and replace" the Opr Call with the registered one through 
the whole log then it will work for you
The registered Opr Call was Jack's original way of stopping bootleggers
