[Dxbase] DXBase 2007 sunrise/sunset table in Sumary window

Neil,
Last evening I was talking to a friend on the phone about sunrise in Kosovo, and in our discussion, found the times  shown in the Summary window are off by an hour.  The summary page is shown 5:57, but the Internet says sunrise is at 6:56.  I can live with a minute off, but I have no idea why it is an hour off.  The same of sunset Internet say 16:39, but DX base shows 15:37.
I checked a few other areas, and they were also off.  FYI  the local time boxes are correct.  I assume they retrieve their information from the Prefix database under TZDIFF column.  I have no idea how and where sunrise and sunset numbers are obtained (but they are wrong).
